IACN began in 2010 when a group of child welfare professionals from different countries realized they were facing similar challenges but had no easy way to share solutions, resources, or support.
What started as informal email exchanges between colleagues evolved into a global movement. Today, we're proud to be the world's largest professional network dedicated to child welfare, connecting over half a million professionals across 120+ countries.
